Mission

To honor 175 years of grace, we renew our promise to live and share the love of Jesus with everyone.

We, the parish family of St. Peter & St. Mary Church, the oldest Catholic Church in Rockland County, a body of believers with an ongoing immigrant heritage, unite under the guidance of the Holy Spirit to share the mission of Jesus Christ.

We exist to love God, all others and to be a presence of God’s transforming love in our world.

A Message from Our Pastor
Dear Parish Family,

Thank you for the warm welcome you’ve given me since my arrival.

Your kindness has made me feel right at home, and I am blessed to be part of this community. As we move forward together, you may have noticed some changes. These are meant to strengthen our parish life and help us grow in faith and fellowship. I truly appreciate your support and patience as we embrace these new opportunities. Let’s continue building a welcoming and loving community, trusting in God’s plan for us all.

With gratitude and prayers,
Fr. Rumando Peralta, CRL Pastor
