Scouts BSA
In 1944 a charter was issued to St. Peter’s Church and Troop 19 began with 16 boys and 10 adults. For more than 80 years St. Peter’s Scouts have met in the church basement. The Parish has graciously given the troop a place to meet, a place to store our camping equipment and most of all a place to call home. Over those 80+ years, thousands of Scouts have been a part of Troop 19. The impression scouting made on many of these Scouts as they grew to adulthood motivated them to give something back. Many are active in their local communities in various ways; some have gone onto serve their country in the military. There are those who Scouting left such an impression on that they stayed with the program as adult leaders.
The troop meets at 7:30pm Wednesday evenings from September to June in the Parish Hall. For more information email us at anthonybrunojr@yahoo.com
Cub Scouts
In today’s busy world, it’s important that families are able to find an activity that brings them all together. Cub Scouts at Pack 19 focuses on that. We have a great program based on fun and learning with plenty of opportunities to include parents and siblings into the mix. Here at Pack 19 we welcome all boys and girls in grades Kindergarten through 5th. The Cubs meet every other Wednesday evening from September to June at 6:15 pm in the Parish Hall.
