In 1990 Frank Paterson and his wife Elie gave the first of these Advent/Christmas concerts. They have developed and continued over the years. Currently the concert is presented on the first Friday of

December in the church. A post-Concert snack of sandwiches, Irish Soda bread, cookies, coffee and wine follows in the school gym. The evening concludes with a raffle of three prizes; the largest of these is $500.
